Returns

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for health and hygiene reasons. Our policy is firm: any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

 

Return for Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please feel free to contact us , we are glad to help.

 If you return for exchange, we will ship the item you want after receiving your returned product.The exchange time may vary depending on where you live.If you are shipping an item over $75, you’d better choosing a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we are unable to receive your returned item, we will not be able to exchange it for you.
